SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and Delivery Times 

All orders are shipped via the BARTOLINI courier service. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 business hours from the time the order confirmation is received, excluding national holidays.
Shipping delays may occur in connection with payment verification procedures. Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance requirements, force majeure events, or circumstances impacting access to the delivery destination.

Returns

Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving their order. They then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
All returns must be shipped exclusively via the BARTOLINI courier service.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must include all original brand tags and authenticity labels.
Items must be returned inside the original box received, properly sealed with adhesive tape.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our Customer Service at shop@camouflage-jeans.com which will provide all required documentation and instructions.
Return shipping costs for sending items back to our warehouse are covered by Lab Design srl.

Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, and provided it matches the condition of the original shipment — as determined at the sole discretion of Lab Design srl — a refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund times vary depending on the payment method.

If items are returned without complying with our website policy or using couriers other than BARTOLINI, any additional costs incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund Conditions

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. They then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Returned or exchanged items must comply with the following conditions:

• Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition without any marks.
• Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories (dustbags, garment covers, etc.) included with the order.
• Items must be returned in their original box, which is considered part of the product itself. The box must not be damaged, altered, or used as the sole outer packaging.
• If the customer receives defective merchandise, or if a shipping error occurs on the part of Lab Design srl, the customer must follow the same instructions set out above. Lab Design srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing a return for defective merchandise and will bear the return shipping costs.
• Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
• Lab Design srl reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one specified in the return instructions email, particularly if such shipments generate additional costs or require collection from a courier branch.
• Lab Design srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all stated conditions. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Acceptance of non-compliant returns may incur a fee equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.
For all matters not expressly covered herein, European distance-selling regulations apply.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange exclusively for a change of size.

Exchange requests must be submitted to shop@camouflage-jeans.com within 14 days of receiving the order. If the requested size is available, customers have an additional 14 days to return the original item.

All exchange shipments must be carried out via the BARTOLINI courier.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original brand tags attached.
Merchandise must be returned inside the Camouflage box, properly sealed with adhesive tape.

Exchanges will be processed only after the original item has been received.
Exchanges are permitted only for items shipped from the same country specified in the original order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request free order cancellation within 6 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to shop@camouflage-jeans.com no other method of communication will be considered valid.

If the customer requests cancellation after this period, or refuses to accept the order once the package has reached its destination, Lab Design srl reserves the right to charge all costs incurred up to that point, including handling and return costs associated with the order’s return to our warehouses.
